Series history: Ohio State leads 3-1. The Buckeyes won 63-39 in 2012 in Columbus. Nebraska won 34-27 in 2011 in Lincoln. The only other meetings in the series came in 1955 and 1956.

Last game: On Oct. 29, Ohio State beat Northwestern 24-20 in Columbus.

Coaches: Ohio State’s Urban Meyer is 57-5 in his fifth season. Nebraska’s Mike Riley is 13-8 in his second season.
