The Cincinnati Bengals have agreed to terms on a contract with No. 1 overall draft pick Joe Burrow, according to NFL Network national insider Ian Rapoport.

According to Rapoport, Burrow will be signing a fully guaranteed, four-year $36-million contract with a $23.9 million signing bonus. Every top five pick is now under contract.

The Bengals have not yet confirmed the signing and have only announced five of seven draft picks signing. Other than Burrow, second-round pick Tee Higgins was the only other player unsigned as of Friday.

Burrow replaces Andy Dalton, who was released at his request after the Bengals selected Burrow first overall in April. The former Ohio State University backup is coming off a record-setting final season at LSU, where he threw for 5,671 yards and 60 touchdowns with just six interceptions to lead the Tigers to the national championship.
