That’s a far cry from a recent report that Osweiler was a solid showing away from being named the starter. Hue Jackson announced DeShone Kizer would start this weekend, though he didn’t name Kizer the opening weekend starter.
But it’s heading that way. And that may result in Osweiler heading to a new city altogether.
