H.S. Results for 1/10: Brookville unbeaten ahead of Franklin matchup

Dalton Stewart scored 20 points and Cody Cox added 18 to help the Brookville boys basketball team remain undefeated with a 65-51 win over Valley View on Tuesday.

Cam Alber added a double-double with 10 points and 19 rebounds for the Blue Devils.

Clayton Erbaugh paced Valley View with 12 points and Tyler Whiteman added 10.

Brookville will host Franklin in a key Southwestern Buckeye League Southwestern Division matchup on Friday.

Wayne 73, Meadowdale 55: IsaiahTrice scored 22 points and Ray James added 13 to lead Wayne. Ronald Thornton had 20 points for Meadowdale.

Springboro 69, Tippecanoe 45: 'Boro outscored Tippecanoe 28-15 in the key second quarter. Nick Pluta led Springboro with 22 points and Christian James added 14. Caiden Smith topped Tippecanoe with 16 points.

Lebanon 64, Fairmont 53: Parker Smith poured in 27 points and Dakota Allen added 17 points with 10 rebounds to help Lebanon come away with the road win. Jack Hendricks paced Fairmont with 17 points.

Fairborn 73, Troy 58: Brandon Easterling had 14 points and Shaunn Monroe, K.J. Redmon and Branden Lilley each added 13 for Fairborn in the road win.

Piqua 63, West Carrollton 44: Ben Schmiesing scored 18 points and Caleb Patton added 17 for Piqua. Veshawn Champion led WC with 11 points.

Stebbins 38, Vandalia 37: Jalen Tolbert scored the winning basket for Stebbins in the defensive struggle. Michael Kreill led Vandalia with 11 points.

Hamilton 54, Princeton 53: D'Marco Howard scored 13 points, including the game-winning basket as time expired, and Myles Howard and Hunter Hamilton each chipped in 16 points to lead Hamilton.

Lakota East 80, Colerain 52: Jarett Cox had 27 points with seven rebounds and Evan Kuhlman added 22 points for East in the blowout.

Tecumseh 74, Indian Lake 73: Clay Mastin poured in 25 points, Reid Hale had 22 and Ross Warren chipped in 10 points with 10 rebounds for Tecumseh in the close win. Colin Coburn led Lake with 19 points.

Edgewood 62, Eaton 50: Garrett Gabbard led four players in double-digit scoring for Edgewood with 17 points. Grant Sullender tallied 23 points for Eaton.

Preble Shawnee 67, Northridge 60: Kevin Ketring paced Preble Shawnee with 19 points, Levi Lewis added 15 and Joey Bates had 14. Javoni Hill led Northridge with 18 points.

Bellbrook 39, Monroe 37, OT: Nathan Cordonnier scored 14 points to help Bellbrook come away with the overtime win. Lawrence Puleo led Monroe with 16 points.

Dixie 38, Milton-Union 22: Devin Worley led all scorers with 20 points for Dixie. William Morris had 12 points for Milton-Union.

Carroll 64, Stivers 58: Eli Ramsey put up 25 points to lead Carroll in the win. Tony Boddie matched him for Stivers with 25 points.

Fenwick 61, Madeira 40: Fenwick opened on a 14-8 run and never looked back in the road win.

Greeneview 60, Triad 53: Mason Schneider tallied 22 points, Ethan Bradds added 18 and Greeneview went on a 24-12 run in the final quarter to secure the win. Hadley LeVan led Triad with 24 points.

West Liberty-Salem 53, Cedarville 41: Trevor Burden scored 16 points and Dillon Callicoat added 13 to lead WLS.

Twin Valley South 69, Ansonia 59: Hunter Muir and Devyn Sink each had 18 points in a losing effort for Ansonia.

Northeastern 74, Mechanicsburg 41: Casey Hayes racked up 25 points and Wesley Roberts added 12 for Northeastern. Chris Taylor led 'Burg with 17 points.

Tri-Village 56, Arcanum 49: Dillon McCullough carried Tri-Village with 17 points. Evan Atchley had 14 points for Arcanum.

Legacy Christian 68, Yellow Springs 60: Erik Uszynski scored 17 points and David Kensinger had 16, both season highs, to lead Legacy Christian. Tony Marinelli had 19 points for Yellow Springs.

Dayton Christian 58, Middletown Christian 37: Matt Welker scored 15 points and Michael Hennen added 14 to lead DC. Dre Shores had 12 points for MC.

Russia 61, Fairlawn 54: Cole Tebbe shot 10 of 15 from the field for 20 points in leading Russia to a road win. Nathan Lessing scored 21 points for Fairlawn.

Botkins 56, Riverside 49: Luke Bergman scored 25 points, including a 10 of 12 performance from the foul line, to lead Botkins.

Versailles 66, Fort Loramie 55: Fort Loramie cut a 16-point deficit to down to four but Versailles, led by Justin Ahrens with 29 points, pulled away in the end. Dillon Braun had 20 points for FL.

Fort Recovery 53, St. Marys Memorial 50: Caleb Martin had 16 points and Matt Bihn added 11 for FR. Derek Jay paced SMM with 18 points.

Oakwood 62, Stivers 44: Lauren Hapgood scored a career-high 31 points and Emmy Cobb added 12 in leading Oakwood over Stivers. Niasia Matlock scored 18 points for Stivers.

Calrisle 60, Reading 57: Caitlyn Stewart tallied 16 points and Christa Harris chipped in 15 as Carlisle held off a Reading rally for the win.

Ponitz 63, Jefferson 21: Brianna Lyle scored 17 points and Myseesha Hall added 11 to lead Ponitz in the rout. Monteia Smith scored nine points for Jefferson.

Lincoln (IN) 60, National Trail 50: Makena Laird had 17 points and Payten Laird added 13 but Trail cooled off late after jumping out to an early lead.
