HS Roundup 12/21: Hall helps Miamisburg beat Lebanon in OT

Duncan Hall had six points in overtime to help Miamisburg edge Lebanon 55-52 in boys basketball action on Friday.

Brett Hensley paced ‘Burg with 17 points and Hall finished with 13.

Nick Lang led Lebanon with 18 points and Luke Arnold added 12.

Alter 75, Fairmont 68, OT: Brady Uhl connected on five 3-pointers on the way to 24 points for Alter, which went 12-for-15 from the foul line in overtime to secure the win. Connor Meyer added 14 and Stephen Harker 11. Ryan Hall finished with 22 points for Fairmont and Kellan Bochenek chipped in 18.

Ansonia 77, Franklin Monroe 67: Matthew Shook scored 20 points, Hunter Muir 19 and Andrew Rowland to pace Ansonia.

Beavercreek 56, Springboro 51: Isaiah Moore carried ‘Creek with 17 points, Chris Herbort had 12 and Brayden Walther and Adam Duvall 11 apiece in the rally victory. Garett Powell paced ‘Boro with 19 points.

Bellbrook 50, Valley View 40: Ryan Chew recorded 16 points and Hayden Greene had 12 for Bellbrook.

Brookville 46, Oakwood 40: Jacob Gudorf scored 19 points and Wade Turner tacked on 13 for Brookville.

Cedarville 66, Greeneview 54: Colby Cross carried Cedarville with 21 points. Cole Allen led Greenewiew with 16 points.

Cin. Christian 68, Gamble Montessori 50: Miguel Ringer recorded 19 points for Cin. Christian.

Coldwater 61, St. Marys 45: Marcus Bruns put up 17 points and Noah Miller added 15 for Coldwater. Braeden Dunlap scored 15 points for St. Marys.

Hamilton 57, Fairfield 42: Trey Robinson had 19 points with 10 rebounds and Jaylen Robinson tacked on 18 points for Hamilton. Peyton Brown finished with 14 points for Fairfield.

Harrison 46, Talawanda 34: Craig James tallied 11 points in a losing effort for Talawanda.

Lakota East 42, Oak Hills 41: Bash Wieland led the way with 18 points and Grant Spicer chipped in 12 to help Lakota East hold off an Oak Hills rally.

Mason 71, Middletown 55: Jack Cooper netted 19 points and Landen Long 16 for Mason. Rob Thompson tallied 16 points for the Middies.

Miami East 59, Twin Valley South 53: Will Hudson had 14 points with 12 rebounds to help Miami East hold off a TVS rally. Willie Bowman tallied 17 points for TVS.

National Trail 83, Tri-County North 55: Travis Hunt totaled 20 points to lead five players in double-digit scoring for NT. Cameron Harrison added 19 points and Zach Woodall 16.

Northridge 82, Dixie 33: Twon Hines netted 23 points and Charles Drewery 13 for Northridge.

Russia 64, Fairlawn 29: Jordan York recorded 15 points for Russia.

Sidney 73, Beavercreek 47: Andre Gordon scored 21 points for Sidney and Josiah Hudgins and Darren Taborn tacked on 13 apiece. Noah Walker led Greenville with 11 points.

Springfield 78, Northmont 64: Patrick Ivory paced Northmont with 18 points and Prophet Johnson added 15.

St. Henry 39, Fort Loramie 36: Caden and Zach Niekamp combined to score 29 points for St. Henry.

Sycamore 67, Lakota West 45: Carter Combs led Lakota West with 15 points and Kelvin Turner turned in 10.

Troy 86, Piqua 63: Tre’Vone Archie totaled 21 points and Jaden Owens and Caleb Fogarty tacked on 14 apiece for Troy, which had five players reach double digits in the scorebook. Qurri Tucker paced Piqua with 22 points.

West Liberty-Salem 63, Mechanicsburg 36: Holden Nease had 18 points and Nick Burden 13 to lead WLS. Joey Mascadri and Logan Hurst had 10 points apiece for ‘Burg.
