Here is a look at each of those games:

Oct. 8, 1972 – Cincinnati Bengals 21, Denver Broncos 10 at Riverfront Stadium

After falling behind 10-0, the Bengals improved to 3-1 by scoring three unanswered touchdowns on a 1-yard run by Essex Johnson, a 66-yard punt return by Tommy Casanova and a 12-yard pass from Ken Anderson to Chip Myers. Casanova set a single-game team record with 106 punt return yards, which still stands as the third highest total in franchise history.

Oct. 8, 1989 – Cincinnati Bengals 26, Pittsburgh Steelers 16 at Three Rivers Stadium

Boomer Esiason’s 7-yard touchdown pass to Mike Martin eight seconds before halftime gave the Bengals their first lead, and they wouldn’t trail again. James Brooks added touchdown runs of 65 and 13 yards in the second half to help put the game away as Cincinnati improved to 4-1.

Oct. 8, 1995 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers 19, Cincinnati Bengals 16 at Tampa Stadium

Jeff Blake’s 10-yard touchdown pass to David Dunn with 9:56 remaining gave the Bengals a 16-13 lead. But after Tampa Bay got a 33-yard field from Michael Husted to tie the score with 3:38 remaining, Blake lost a fumble at the Cincinnati 44 to set up Husted’s game-winning 53-yard field goal with 29 seconds left.

Oct. 8, 2000 – Tennessee Titans 23, Cincinnati Bengals 14 at Paul Brown Stadium

Bengals safety Darryl Williams returned a Steve McNair interception for a 36-yard touchdown to give the hosts a 14-10 halftime lead. But the Titans blanked the Bengals in the second half and got a 5-yard touchdown run from Eddie George as part of his 181-yard day and two Al Del Greco field goals to post the win and drop Cincinnati to 0-5.
