Kirk Herbstreit has come a long way since his days as the quarterback for the Centerville Elks.

After a solid career as a captain at Ohio State, Herbstreit went from answering media questions to asking them.

Now in his 21st year with ESPN, Herbstreit, 47, has become a household name as a game analyst and college football expert.

Herbstreit will call the Ohio State-Clemson game in the College Football Semifinal in the Fiesta Bowl at 7 p.m. Saturday on ESPN.
