WSU’s Nagy announces coaching staff

The Wright State basketball coaching staff will have a new look this season after new head coach Scott Nagy finalized his list of assistants today.

Brian Cooley, Sharif Chambliss and Clint Sargent will be Nagy’s assistants, while Nick Goff will serve as Director of Operations.

“One of the most important cogs to every successful program is strong assistant coaches, and I believe that is what we have here at Wright State,” Nagy said. “Each of these assistant coaches has shown the knowledge, skill and experience that will help this program reach new heights.”

Cooley, who will serve as recruiting coordinator, Sargent and Goff were with Nagy at South Dakota State, while Chambliss comes to WSU after spending the last four seasons as an assistant at Horizon League rival Milwaukee.
