TODAY:  Mostly sunny to partly cloudy, very warm and humid through the afternoon. Temperatures will rise into the middle 80s. This heat and humidity will fuel thunderstorm development late afternoon and through the evening and a cold front approaches from the northwest. Some isolated strong to severe storms are possible with the greatest threat being damaging winds and hail. Storms may begin to form northwest of Dayton close to the evening commute, then push south into the early evening. Storms will settle south and clouds will break tonight. Areas of patchy fog may form by daybreak. Overnight the temperatures will drop along with the humidity. Lows expected in the lower 60s.

There is a marginal risk storms could be strong to severe, with damaging winds and hail being the main possible threats.

Temperatures will be in the middle 80s for a high before any rain arrives.

FRIDAY: Skies become mostly sunny with cooler, less humid air arriving. Highs will reach around 80 degrees.

SUNDAY: Partly cloudy skies to start the day with increasing clouds in the afternoon. There is a threat for some passing showers and storms towards the evening. Highs will be near 80 degrees.
