DETAILED FORECAST

Overnight: It will be cloudy with a few passing showers or sprinkles as a cold front passes through, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said. Most areas should be dry by sunrise. Temperatures will fall into the lower 30s.

Friday: A few sprinkles are possible before sunrise and may briefly end as a few wet snowflakes. It will be colder and a bit breezy at times. Highs only reach the middle to upper 30s. Broken clouds allow for some sunshine. Clouds fill back in at night as a quick disturbance could bring a few snow showers to the south toward Butler, Warren and Clinton counties and Cincinnati. Most of the Miami Valley will stay dry.

Saturday: A few passing flurries are expected before sunrise in the far south. Elsewhere it will be a quiet and cold start to the weekend. Clouds will give way to partly to mostly sunny skies for the afternoon. Highs in the middle 30s.

Sunday: Another cold day with highs a little below normal in the middle to upper 30s. Some passing snow showers are possible, mixing with some rain drops into the afternoon. Light accumulation possible.

Monday: A mix of sun and clouds. Cold with highs in the middle 30s.

Tuesday: Clouds increase.Temperatures will rise to the upper 30s. A wintry mix will arrive from the south into the night.
