Rain chances going up into the new week

Tonight: Mainly clear skies are expected overnight. It'll be a mild night again with lows near 70 degrees.

Sunday: Another hot day is expected. Partly cloudy skies with a few isolated pop up showers are again expected, but just like Saturday, not everyone will see rain. Temperatures will top out in the upper 80s with heat index values in the lower to middle 90s.

Monday: The chance for more showers or storms continues, but it won't be an all day rain event. Highs will be in the upper 80s.

Tuesday: Showers and storms are likely, some of which could be strong. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

Wednesday: A few lingering showers are possible for the first half of the day. Decreasing clouds are expected with highs in the lower 80s.

Thursday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the lower to middle 80s.
