Temperatures look to fall over the coming week. By Friday, high temperatures will be back in the lower 60s.
Temperatures heading into the coming week will be well above normal, in fact we’ll be close to breaking some daily records.
The forecast calls for near record-breaking highs of 83 degrees Monday and 82 degrees Tuesday. These numbers are almost 20 degrees above normal temperatures for this time of the year. While it will be unseasonably warm, it doesn’t look like we’ll be setting any records. The record high for both Monday and Tuesday is 86 degrees, set in 1910. It is possible that some areas could get close to this mark, but in order for a daily record to be broken, the Dayton International Airport will need to hit that mark.
