Skies will become mostly clear this evening with diminishing wind gusts as temperatures drop back into the 40s after sunset, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

“Clear skies are expected with frost likely after midnight. Temperatures will fall into the middle 30s,” Elwell said.

Thursday: Sunny skies are expected. After a chilly start, temperatures will be a bit warmer in the afternoon with highs in the upper 50s to near 60 degrees. It will be a bit breezy at times.

Friday: More clouds are expected to move in as a cold front moves into the Miami Valley. It will be breezy with highs in the middle 50s. Temperatures will drop quickly Friday night.

Saturday: A hard freeze is possible in the morning with mostly sunny skies through the day. Highs will struggle to get out of the upper 40s.

Sunday: Sunny skies are expected. After a cold morning, temperatures will moderate back into the middle 50s in the afternoon.

Monday: A few more clouds will be around with highs in the upper 50s.
