Overnight: A few light showers are expected to stick around before tapering toward morning, StormCenter 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said Monday night. Lows will be in the middle 50s.
Tuesday: Showers are possible early with highs climbing near 70 degrees during the day. We'll see another break before more shows and storms develop in the late afternoon and early evening. Some storms could be strong to severe, mainly south of I-70. Showers will end during the overnight hours.
Wednesday: Partly sunny and warm, with highs in the middle 70s. There is a slight chance for a passing shower or storm.
Thursday: The day will start warm with partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions. A cold front will arrive toward late afternoon or evening, bringing widespread showers and storms. A few storms could be strong with the cold front. Highs will reach into the upper 70s before the front arrives.
Friday: Dry to end the week with a mix of sun and clouds and highs in the upper 60s.
Saturday: Clouds will return with a chance of showers. Unseasonably cool to start the weekend with highs near 60.
