Which 2 planets can you spot in July’s night sky?

Anytime there are clear skies in the evening or early morning, you have the chance to find two visible planets.

In the night sky, Saturn is still an easy planet to spot. It is in the southeastern sky rising after sunset and will shine  highest in the sky around midnight, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini said.

For early-morning risers, head out before sunrise and look east: Venus is visible there. Throughout the month Venus usually shine brightly alone around the eastern horizon.

“You will know these are two planets and not stars because they won’t be twinkling like a star does,” Zontini said.
