WPAFB Christmas Eve forecast: Abnormally warm with highs around 50 degrees

Some areas of patchy, dense fog start the day with temperatures climbing into and through the 30s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

Christmas Eve will be dry and quiet with filtered sunshine for the second half of the day and highs around 50 degrees.

It will get chilly after sunset but stays dry.

Overnight lows will fall into the middle 30s.
