WPAFB Friday Forecast: Highs climb into the 50s

Chilly conditions will start the day with areas of frost.

However, warmer air will be arriving as we head through the day.

With lots of sunshine, temperatures are expected to climb all the way into the lower 50s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Gusty winds likely will make it feel a bit chillier, he said. Clouds will increase by late evening and thicken up through the night.

Showers will arrive early Saturday morning and linger into the afternoon. Rainfall amounts of up to a quarter-inch will be possible.
