Colder temperatures have moved into the region throughout the overnight hours, dropping temperatures into the mid to upper 30s by Monday morning, according to Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Jesse Maag.

Highs will briefly climb to near 40 degrees before dropping off into the 30s once again in the afternoon. Scattered rain/snow showers are possible in the morning, but the best chance for the wintry mix will likely arrive in the afternoon. Little to no snow accumulations are expected.
While breezy conditions will continue on Monday, the winds will be tame compared to the wind gusts seen on Sunday. Winds will be steady from the west around 10 mph.
