WPAFB Monday Weather: Rain showers, mild temperatures to start the work-week

Quiet to start and chilly with temperatures rising through the 40s, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs.

A cold front will bring scattered showers to the area for the afternoon and evening. This rain will be somewhat light as the front does not come with a lot of moisture. Winds will increase through the day as the front approaches.

Highs for the day will be mild in the middle 50s. Showers will taper off into the night as it turns cold with lows in the lower 30s.
