After a cold start to the day, temperatures will rise from the 20s, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

“Not as cold as yesterday morning, but still cold enough to need the heavy jacket, hats, gloves and scarf,” Vrydaghs said.

Highs will once again remain below normal in the upper 30s for the afternoon.
There will be a few passing clouds but skies become mainly clear into the night with temperatures falling into the lower 20s.
