Pocket of moderate to heavy rain may reduce visibility at times and create standing water on the roads.
Rain will taper late morning into the afternoon with a few more downpours possible around the late afternoon/evening commute.
It will be a milder day with highs around 50 degrees. As temperatures drop into the evening any precipitation leftover will transition over to a few flurries or scattered snow showers. At the same time winds will increase and may gust as high as 40-45 mph into the night. Sporadic power outages and tree damage is possible.
