A few lingering flurries or snow showers may remain, but more-so there could be icy patches left over from overnight snow.
Temperatures will start in the middle 20s, but feel more like the teens and upper single digits due to the winds. Gusts up to 35 mph are still possible and could cause some difficulties on the roads for motorists driving SUV’s or trucks.
Clouds will break a bit into the afternoon, but temperatures stay below normal. Highs for the day will rise to the lower 30s, but continue to feel colder with the blustery conditions
