Revenue of $8,649,199 was reached for 2009, a 2 percent decrease from revenue of $8,869,169 in 2008, the company said.
The company provides internet-based electronic data interchange services through subsidiary Edict Systems Inc. and electronic document management software through subsidiary Merkur Group Inc.
Shares of Advant-e are traded over the counter under the ticker ADVC. A ten-for-one stock split was announced in October 2009.
