“Teradata offers the most comprehensive and scalable EDW platform,” the report said. An EDW is a database used for reporting and data analysis.
Company officials said they were pleased to be recognized as an industry leader and innovator.
“I believe that the new Forrester report confirms our strategy of rapid innovation,” said Scott Gnau, Teradata Labs president, in a statement. “In the year ahead, we will continue to accelerate our delivery of the most sophisticated technology and solutions in the business.”
Teradata has about 400 employees locally and more than 10,000 employees in 42 countries.
