Austin Landing’s developer says a three-year plan at the Miami Twp. mixed-use complex will include tens of millions of dollars in investments with more restaurants and retail outlets, and an increasing focus on pedestrian access.

The plan estimated at $45 million includes as many as three new buildings around Austin Landing’s park, an area VisCap Development President Larry Dillin said he wants emphasize more as a centerpiece of activity at the sprawling mixed use complex off Interstate 75.

Dillin said he wants to “promote a pedestrian-oriented environment” at Austin Landing, where the completion of three multi-million projects this year are expected to increase vehicle traffic.
