Business planning, computer literacy classes offered

DAYTON — The Community Action Partnership, a Dayton-based community service agency, is offering business planning and computer literacy courses for the public.

The micro-enterprise business development and training program is designed to teach people how to write business plans to start and maintain their own businesses.

The next 10-week, micro-enterprise course runs from Sept. 9 through Nov. 11. The classes meet on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Community Action Partnership’s office at 719 S. Main St., Dayton.

The next class to teach computer skills runs from Sept. 14 through Oct. 6, in the partnership’s weatherization program office at 701 S. Patterson Blvd.

Both classes are offered at various times during the year.
