The website released the report in honor of World Food Day on Oct. 16. The report compares metrics like cost of groceries, prevalence of affordable restaurants, and number of food festivals per capita.

According to the report, Cincinnati has the most grocery stores per 100,000 residents — 13.8 times more than Santa Clarita, Calif., the city with the fewest grocery stores per residents.
According to the Bureau Labor of Statistics, more people are spending money away from home on food.
Expenditures on the discretionary categories of food away from home and entertainment continued increasing in 2015, up 7.9 percent and 4.2 percent respectively, after increasing 6.2 percent and 9.9 percent in 2014.
The city of Dayton was not ranked in the report.
Other top cities for foodies include Orlando, Fla.; Miami, Fla.; Richmond, Va.; and San Francisco, Calif. Cities that ranked worst for food lovers included Moreno Valley, Calif.; Fontana, Calif.; and Jackson, Miss.
