Connor Group founder receives ‘Everest’ award

Miami Twp. real estate and tech investor Larry Connor was honored as a 2019 Everest Award recipient recently.

The West Chester-Liberty Chamber Alliance named the founder and managing partner of The Connor Group for its eighth annual award, “recognizing his leadership and positive impact on business, the community, and quality of life within the Interstate-75 growth corridor,” The Connor Group said in a statement.

The Connor Group was founded in 1992, having grown to $2.2 billion in assets with about 400 employees and operations in 13 markets across the nation.

“People and our unique company culture are our true keys to success,” Connor said in his company’s statement. “Equally important is our innovation, creativity, and vision. We are a company who does things differently and is most comfortable sailing in uncharted waters.”

Connor was also applauded for his philanthropic work through Kids & Community Partners.

He accepted the award last week at the Cincinnati Marriott in Butler County’s West Chester Twp.
