Butler Heating & Air Conditioning has acquired Gemin Systems, Ltd., for $160,000, Butler announced Monday.

Centerville-based Gemin was founded in 1950 and has been one of the oldest family owned heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) companies in the Dayton area, Butler said.

Gemin Systems has primarily served the suburbs south of Dayton, including Centerville, Kettering, Oakwood and Springboro.

“Butler’s purchase of Gemin Systems allows Butler Heating & Air Conditioning to continue their growth and service of customers, in south Dayton, at an even more rapid pace,” the business said in its release.
