Credit union expands to Greene, Clark counties

Code Credit Union has expanded its membership eligibility to anyone living, working or attending school in Greene and Clark counties, company officials announced Friday.

Scott Rutherford, Code’s president and chief executive, said the expansion makes sense, given the proximity of Code’s offices in downtown Dayton, Englewood and the Dayton Mall area.

Code offers a range of electronic services that include mobile banking, online budgeting and cash flow management, online bill pay, Alliance One ATM network and shared branching. In addition, members can send funds by text or email with Code’s “Popmoney” personal payment application.

Code Credit Union will celebrate its 75th anniversary in 2015, officials said.

Membership in the credit union also includes Montgomery, Warren, Miami, Preble, and Darke counties. For more information, visit the website at codecu.org.
