It hosts First Friday open house events that showcase new works by its resident and guest artists.
According to a statement from Front Street officials, the First Friday held in May alone sold over $75,000.
“It’s been amazing to see how things have grown here over the last few years,” said property manager Richard Lundin. “Every day, we’re living proof that Dayton can host world-class talent, and that artists can make a living in Dayton. I’m proud of what our artists have been able to accomplish.”
