Dayton Mall-area shopping center sells for $2.2M

A small strip shopping center near the Dayton Mall just sold for more than $2.2 million.

Heritage Hills Ltd sold the line of retail shops at 32 Fiesta Lane. off Prestige Plaza Drive, to Mason-based Glen Properties LLC for $2.25 million, according to Montgomery County property records.

The transaction was recorded Tuesday.

The center is southwest of the intersection of Ohio 725 and Ohio 741, one of the Dayton area’s busiest intersections.

The site has about 10,000 square feet of space and is home to an Original Mattress Factory location.

Glen Properties also owns an office building at 4977 Northcutt Place in Dayton.
