Patients at the clinic, which is on the campus of Miami Valley Hospital South, will be seen by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Matthew Lawless.
The practice is part of Premier Physician Network, a group of 600 providers that is part of Dayton-based Premier Health.
The physician group has also been opening a series of urgent care centers around the region and is preparing to open two more, one in Centerville and another in Beavercreek.
