A company at the Dayton International Airport is looking to move to Miamisburg, documents show.

21st Century Solutions, known as GoKeyless, wants to invest about $650,000 for a move to Mound Business Park, where it add a handful of jobs to an employee base of 19, according to city documents.

The company is a provider of keyless locks and access control systems, records show.

The deal would involve the city providing a forgivable loan not to exceed $25,000 for a firm that would provide $29,000 in annual income taxes, documents show.
