More than 200 community leaders, employees and board members are expected to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
A community open house for the public will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday.
Goodwill Easter Seals provides more than 40 programs and services in a 23-county service area.
