A 119-year-old church in the St. Anne’s Hill neighborhood sold for $240,000.

The church at 14 Potomac St. appears to have been sold to a Dayton real estate firm.

The buyer, Quinnco Investments LLC, lists an address that is the same P.O. box used by Dayton-based Kerry Group Properties.

A message was left with Kerry Group Properties seeking more information.

The sale was recorded Jan. 18 by Montgomery County.

Property records state the 9,900-square-foot church was built in 1900.
