The layoffs will be complete by Aug. 31 this year, Beverly Mulder, a company vice president, wrote in a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notice) Act letter to Ohio government. The letter is dated May 25.
“We regret the need to take this action, which is the result of ongoing integration activities and the strategic realignment of capabilities to meet current business requirements,” Mulder wrote.
