In 2015, the companies’ resources will be combined to create LexisNexis Newsdesk, a current awareness product offering professionals a comprehensive suite of news, web content, business information, social media and broadcast media, as well as delivery, integration and analytical capabilities.

Founded in 1998, Moreover’s client list includes Shell Oil, BP, Citigroup, IBM, Alcatel-Lucent, BBC, Simon & Schuster and Sony. The company is headquartered in Reston, Va.
LexisNexis has about 3,400 employees and contractors in Miami Twp. at its Legal and Professional division, which is the company’s biggest single concentration of employment. LexisNexis Legal and Professional serves customers in more than 175 countries with 10,000 employees worldwide.
