The Sherman Dixie plant will become part of Hanson’s operations in Sidney and Columbus and will continue to produce precast concrete structures for roadway and infrastructure development, the company said.
Hanson Pipe & Precast is a unit of Lehigh Hanson Inc., based in Irving, Texas. Sherman-Dixie is based in Nashville, Tenn.
