Miller-Valentine still involved with Arcade: Dayton Business

Dayton developer and builder Miller-Valentine Group is still part of the development of the downtown Dayton Arcade, the company’s CEO said Monday.

In an interview, Elizabeth Mangan, named chief executive of Miller-Valentine in mid-December (she officially assumed the role on Jan. 1) said her company is still involved with the complicated business of bringing new life to the Arcade. She said this after the Dayton Daily News reported that the company was backing away from developing affordable housing in the complex.

Dave Dickerson, Miller-Valentine’s Dayton market president, said the commercial tenants the company has brought to the site are still committed.
