The 100,000-square-foot store will house furniture, mattresses, high-definition televisions and gifts for the home, a news release states.
This marks the first store project by Morris since it launched a home center in Springdale in November 2010.
The Fairborn-based company operates 17 home furnishings showrooms in Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus and northern Kentucky.
