MVH nursing director heads to Atrium

MIDDLETOWN — Lisa Gossett, who had served as nursing director at Miami Valley Hospital since August 2007, has been named vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer at Atrium Medical Center.

Gossett previously was responsible for nursing financial operations, patient placement and capacity management, staffing and patient satisfaction, according to a news release. She oversaw staffing for 28 patient care units, and maintained responsibility for a 39-bed rehabilitation unit.
