New Boost Mobile to open in Kettering

A new Boost Mobile store will open the first week of September in the Fairmont Plaza Shopping Center in Kettering on Stroop Road, according to the business owner.

Owner Barbara Pettiford signed a 13-month lease this week for the cellular phone company, according to Huber Management Group’s Anthony Pinto. The space was previously occupied by the Dutch Lions Soccer Club over two years ago, Pinto said.

It is the third Boost Mobile location for Pettiford. She also owns stores in Washington Courthouse and downtown Dayton.

The grand opening is scheduled for Sept. 12
