Passengers who want to check bags should go to the ticket counter and a special line will be set up to check bags. Delta said that passengers should present their eBoarding pass to the ticket agent along with a government issued photo ID.
The eBoarding Pass can be used on most mobile devices with internet access either via check-in online or through the Fly Delta app for iPhone, Android or BlackBerry smartphones, the airline said.
“We are so thrilled to introduce eBoarding Passes to the Dayton International Airport,” Monica Lee, general manager for Delta, said.
“This is great for the travelers coming through the Dayton International Airport. It will be more time efficient and make the travel experience easier. By the end of the summer we hope the other airlines will be utilizing this eBoarding Pass service,” Terry Slaybaugh, director of aviation for Dayton International Airport, said.
