Huber hotel has new owner: Dayton Business

A hotel in Huber Heights just sold for $3 million.

Aashirvad LLC bought the Holiday Inn Express at 5612 Merily Way for $3 million from Jai Sheeram Inc., Montgomery County property records show. The sale was recorded Tuesday.

Kuldip Patel, of Seaman Ohio, registered the limited liability corporation with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office in May 2018.

The three-story, 36,682-square-foot hotel last sold in December 2017 for $4.85 million.

The hotel is located just south of Interstate 70, off Old Troy Pike.
