The U.S. Bank branch in Oakwood will close in November, company officials confirmed Friday afternoon to the Dayton Daily News. The Oakwood branch is located at 2316 Far Hills Ave.
A spokesman for parent company U.S. Bancorp said the firm continually assesses its branch network and makes changes “based on the ebb and flow in demand for branch banking services in each community that we serve.”
“As such, our Oakwood branch will close in November,” he said.
Customers will be referred to the company’s nearby Courthouse Plaza, Kettering Meijer and Centerville branches.
Oakwood branch employees will be transferring to other nearby branches, the spokesman said.
