The property currently houses Salar Restaurant & Lounge, Spice Paradise, Color of Energy Gallery, Hicks Barber Shop, and the Grass Roots Enrichment and Wellness Center.
Baguirov said the investors are committed to the success of the existing tenants. Their top priority is to lease the remaining space to businesses that will further enhance the property, he said.
Baguirov and Shakhbandarov became interested in the building because of its location near the Ahiska Turkish American Community Center on East Fifth Street, officials said.
“The new owners are truly passionate about this property and how they can play a role in downtown’s success,” said Sandra K. Gudorf, Downtown Dayton Partnership president, in a statement.
