French joined French Oil in 1971 as a factory machine tool operator before working his way up in the company. He was promoted to president in 1982, and is the third generation of the French family to serve in that role, according to a media release.
Under his direction, French Oil has seen strong sales growth in the last four years, allowing the company to hire 43 new employees in the last three years, officials said.
