A Preble County manufacturer broke ground this week for a $1.2 million expansion.
DM Tool & Plastics Inc., also known as Bulldog Tools Inc., broke ground for a 35,000-square-foot expansion off U.S. 40 in Lewisburg this week. The expansion will help retain 28 jobs with an annual payroll of $810,000, according to the Preble County Economic Development office.
A $109,000 roadwork improvement grant assisted the project. That money will support an upgrade of Water Tower Drive, the county said.
DM Tool makes orthotic and prosthetic products that are distributed globally.
