A New York-based investor bought several properties near Miami Valley Hospital for $850,000, property records show.

A limited liability company with the same mailing address as Hakimi Capital Real Estate Investments, which is based in Great Neck, New York, bought medical offices and a parking lots between Frank Street, South Main Street and Fairground Avenue.

A message was left with Hakimi Capital on whether there were any changes planned for the investment property.

The seller is listed as Fairmain LLC. The sale was recorded by Montgomery County on June 25.

The properties that sold include 1112, 1118 and 1126 S. Main St. and 22, 24, and 28 Frank St.
